Hugs..

well, today's post will be on hugs... i juz read thru several articles about hugs and guess what, hugs reli brings a lot of benefits not only to u urself but to others too... no wonder there were free hugs all over da world... haha... well, so here it goes... hugs accomplises many things that even i have never thought of.. and those are:

- it makes u feels good
- it dispels loneliness
- it helps u to overcomes fear
- it opens doors to feelings
- it builds self-esteem (eg: WOW, SHE actually wants to hug me!)
- it slows down aging (huggers stay young longer)
- it helps curb appetite (we eat less when we are nourished by hugs and when our arms are busy wrapped around others!)
- it eases tension
- it fights insomnia
- it keeps arms and shoulder muscles in condition
- it provides stretching exercise if you are short
- it provides stooping exercise if you are tall
- it offers a healthy, safe alternative to alcohol and other drug abuse (better hugs than drugs!)

- and it is democratic (anyone is eligible for a hug)

how funny and childish isit when ur angry or pissed off at someone, and u post it in those social networking sites and let evryone read it? i mean come on la, not oni u did it but also others did.. dont u noe ur makin little matters into sth reli big? if u got da guts, den say it right in front of my face.. hey, i might be pissed off on u for a while but i'll cool off and admit im wrong.... better than u postin it on sites whr evryone can read it and make it as if i did sth seriously or deadly wrong...

2nd yr~

yesterday was the 2nd yr anniversary for me being here in IPG Kampus Keningau! wow, time do fly like in a speed of light and in no time, im gonna graduate and become a real teacher.. anxiety, excitement as well as fear juz come to me as im not really sure whether im ready to be a good teacher that can change the nation as well as the society... oh well, thrs still another 3 and a half yrs to go, so yeah, am appreciatin all da times and moments here... well, to celebrate da 2nd yr anniversary of me stayin here, i give u my pictures startin from da first time im here till now.. oh well, spot da differences (if thrs any!) ya... haha...
